Once you have signed up for your new account and when you are ready to move your server over, the best step is to email our migration specialists at support@cacloud.com and provide some basic information about your existing server including: Username Password Control Panel Details other username and passwords Our migration team will review your existing server and ensure that your new server has similar settings. Once that is completed, they will coordinate the move with you to avoid any interruption to your customers and to verify that everything is being included. This process usually takes place during off hours, but it is our goal to work around your schedule and requirements.
